Olivier has that rare blend of reliability, patience, and honesty all rolled in one, which makes it so easy and fun to work with him. What you see is what you get, he doesn’t pretend to be what he’s not. When he’s not working, you’ll find him walking his dog, fixing his motorcycle, or cooking up a feast. Yup, he’s a resident mechanic and cook — multi talented if you will! He’s also made it his mission to check out every new restaurant and bar in the area, so we all know who to turn to when we need recommendations.
