Beef And Broccoli Lo Mein

8 oz angel hair pasta or thin
Spaghetti
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 large onion
3 cups chopped broccoli
1 tbsp canola oil
4 garlic cloves
1 tsp ginger
1 pound filet- split
1 tsp bouillon powder
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp hoisin sauce

Boil pasta and add soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar. toss and set aside. Slice the onion into thin slices. If the broccoli florets are big, chop them into bite-sized pieces. Heat the canola oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the onions and broccoli and saute for 4 minutes. Add minced garlic and ginger. Slice the meat into thin strips. Add the meat to the pan and saute for 5 minutes. In a small bowl, mix the beef bouillon powder, the water, soy sauce, and hoisin sauce until combined. Add the sauce to the meat and broccoli. Add the pasta to the pan and mix it all together.
