A normally sweet dish turned savory with a cakey twist!
Ingredients:
- 1 Pkg Chopped Broccoli
- 1 Pkg Chopped Spinach
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Margarine
- 1 Tbsp Flour
- 1 Tbsp Onion Soup Mix
- 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
- 3/4 Cup Pareve Milk
- 3 Eggs Beaten Well
- Salt
- Crush Cornflakes
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl combine all ingredients besides the crushed cornflakes. Grease a pan. Line pan with crushed cornflakes. Pour in broccoli mixture and sprinkle top with more crushed cornflakes. Bake for 35 minutes. Enjoy!
