This braided bread is the perfect mixture of sweet and savory!
- 4 Tbs Yeast
- 6 Lb Flour (5 Lb Bag + 4 Cups)
- 6 Cups Warm Water
- 1 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Oil
- 3 Tbs Kosher Salt
Combine yeast, sugar, 6-8 cups flour in a bread machine. Add all water and mix until fine puree. Add eggs, oil, some more flour, and salt and mix until combined. Add the rest of the flour and mix for 10 minutes. Let it rise for 1 hour. Braid the dough. Let it rise for 1 more hour, egg wash, and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
