Chocolate Molten Cake


  • 4 Oz Bittersweet Chocolate
  • 1/2 Cup Margarine
  • 4 Large Eggs
  • 1 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 3/4 Cup Flour


Preheat oven to 450. Coat 8 ramekins with cooking spray and dust lightly with sugar. Place chocolate and margarine and microwave until melted, stopping to stir every 20 seconds. Beat eggs on high speed until foamy. Slowly pour in the sugar, continuing to beating until fluffy and pale yellow. On low speed, stir in the flour and vanilla until combined. Increase speed to high and while beating, slowly beat in melted chocolate. Beat until chocolate is incorporated, about one minute. Fill each ramikan half-way, set on a baking sheet and bake until tops are brown and insides are warm.
