She and her team have sold hundreds of homes because of how well organized they are. Don't waste your time with some part-time junior associate at some firm that does not have the experience and will not put their full effort into the process. You have a lot of choices for agents out there. Go with one with a proven track record like Sheri.

We were unrepresented buyers who found Christian through the listing of a home we were interested in. He was flexible, personable and professional in the first conversation and even more so when we met. After seeing the initial house in person, we passed on it, but Christian made sure that he fully understood our needs. He kept us in the loop about available properties and showed us several as they came on the market. He was extremely diligent, persistent and thorough— he wasn’t at all pushy— and knew the market and the area extremely well. More importantly, he was always reachable and answered every phone call.

One day Christian called me when I was at the supermarket and said that he may have found the perfect property and that the the location was ideal. The house wasn’t officially listed yet and he managed to arrange a showing the next day for us. He was right — it was the best home we had seen during our search and the home did meet the majority of our needs.

Christian put in the offer for us and stayed on the deal, through all of the hiccups, from beginning to end and made sure that we closed. He protected our rights and interests throughout the entire process. It was like having a friend on the “inside” that was working for you.

Josephine is a rock star. As first time homebuyers, we had no idea what we were doing, and we had received conflicting (and sometimes incorrect) advice from previous agents. After a year-and-a-half of looking at homes without putting in a single offer, we found Josephine online and scheduled a call. Within three minutes of chatting, we knew we were in the best hands.

What impressed us most about Josephine was not that she has a law degree and helped us successfully negotiate thousands of dollars off of the closing price, or that she has a deep understanding of the Los Angeles real estate market and could quickly answer all of our questions. Those benefits were wonderful, but what we loved the most – and what we needed the most – were Josephine's transparency and her incredible work ethic. Buying a home is stressful and oftentimes emotional, and Josephine knows that. She will not try to get you into a home you do not like, she will be honest with you about what you can and cannot afford, and she will explain to you why a home you have your eye on might actually be a mediocre or even poor choice. And she works so hard – she is available to you when you need her, and if she has a conflict, she makes sure she has coverage via one of her fantastic coordinators or assistants. From viewings to offers to counter-offers to closing, Josephine was there to support us every step of the way.

After first connecting with Josephine, we saw 6 houses, we put an offer on one house we loved and on one house we could grow to love, and we got the house we loved. Once we have some furniture, we want to have Josephine over for cocktails to celebrate again.
