HOMES FOR SALE IN Brookside
About Brookside:
A small neighborhood, an enclave, located in the Mid-Wilshire district, Brookside is approximately a century old. Brookside is near the Hancock Park neighborhood favored by many of Los Angeles’ wealthy families, as well as Windsor Square. Comprised of just 8 tree-lined streets, and approximately 400 homes, Brookside has a strong community atmosphere and is known for throwing block parties. Families appreciate Brookside for its large, single-family homes and dearth of current development— the area has benefited from an Interim Control Ordinance to prevent residential teardowns and the construction of McMansions.
