Chicken:
- 1 1/2 lb chicken cutlets
- 1 clove garlic, peeled & crushed
- 1/8 tsp paprika
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup panko
- oil
Buffalo Sauce:
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 1/2 tbsp suagr
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- dash of paprika
Directions
Cut chicken cutlets into long strips. Season egg with crushed garlic and paprika. Dip the chicken in the egg, then into panko crumbs. Heat oil in a skillet or frying pan and fry strips on both sides until crisp and golden. To prepare buffalo sauce combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat.
