It’s interesting to drive through the streets and to see the common sites of our times today – glass companies taking down the plywood in the store fronts and installing new glass, so many FOR LEASE signs in commercial storefronts, so many stores with gates still closed and doors locked, lines that go on forever outside the DMV that’s open for just limited hours, and such long lines of people waiting to get into Urgent Care.
So many people are looking to buy a new house to stay home in a better place! This Sunday we’re showing 151 S Citrus by appointment from 11-1 and 130 S Highland by appointment from 1-3. 337 S Highland will be shown from 3:30 – 4:00. Interest rates are still at record lows and it’s still a good time to move practically with a lot of the world still somewhat shut down.
In my mind, the best place to be during this time is in nature. We’re so lucky to live near the ocean and the forest and the mountains and to be in the best climate in the world. It’s such a treat to live in Los Angeles!
