Macaroni And Cheese
A creamy and cheesy classic recipe.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 Lb Macaroni
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 2 Cups Flour
- 2 Cups Milk
- Salt and Pepper
- Nutmeg
- Cayenne Pepper
- 2 Cups Cheddar Cheese
DIRECTIONS:
Boil macaroni. Melt butter, add flour, stir until smooth consistency. Slowly add milk, mixing constantly waiting for sauce to thicken before adding more. Bring to boil and add cheddar cheese and spices. Grease pan, top with American cheese and butter.
