Ingredients:
4 eggs
1 1/2 C sugar
3/4 C shortening
1 C milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
3 tsp BP
3 C flour
Sugar
Cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350. Grease tube tan. Combine all ingredients. Pour half of batter into pan. Sprinkle half of cinnamon sugar mixture. Cover with rest of batter followed by rest of cinnamon sugar mixture. Bake for 1 hour.
