Plum Torte

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Sugar

  • 1/2 Cup Margarine

  • 2 Eggs

  • 1 Cup Flour

  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder

  • Pinch of Salt

  • 24 Halved Plums

  • Sugar, Cinnamon

 

Direction

Preheat oven to 350. Cream sugar and margarine. Add eggs and beat until combined. Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Place in a 9-in round pan and place plums on top, skin side up. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Bake for 1 hr.
