Shoshy’s Peanut Butter Cookie Ice Cream

Let’s make our own ice cream!


  • Crushed Oreo Cookies
  • 2/3 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 6 Oz Bittersweet Chocolate
  • 3 Egg Whites
  • 2/3 Cup Sugar
  • 2 8 Oz Containers Whipped Cream


Crush cookies and melt chocolate with peanut butter. Put on parchment paper and into freezer. Beat 3 egg whites with 2/3 cup sugar until stiff. Whip 2 8 oz containers whipped cream. Fold together and add chocolate peanut butter and crushed cookies into ice cream. Enjoy!
