SRIRACHA SALMON 🐟
This spicy and tangy meal is perfect served over a bed of rice!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- 1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Sriracha
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Grated Ginger
- 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
- 1 Lb Salmon Fillet
- 1 1/2 Tsp Sesame Oil
DIRECTIONS:
Combine the soy sauce, honey, vinegar, Sriracha, ginger, and garlic. Add the salmon, toss to coat evenly, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Remove salmon. Keep the marinade. Heat sesame oil in a large saute pan over medium heat. Add salmon, cooking 2 minutes on each side. Reduce the heat to low and pour in the reserved marinade. Cover and cook until the fish is cooked through, 4 to 5 minutes. Sprinkle with the scallions.
