INGREDIENTS
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 small garlic clove minced
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup finely chopped parsley
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
DIRECTIONS
Fry onion and garlic with 1 tbsp oil and let cool. Combine all ingredients. Add onion and garlic.
