White Pickled Salmon 🐟

A sweet and sour tasting salmon perfect for any occasion!


  • 3 Onions, sliced
  • 1 1/2 Cups Sugar
  • 2 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Cups Water
  • 1/2 Cup Vinegar
  • 6 Cloves
  • 6 Bay Leaves


Put onions and sugar in pan and cook on low flame until sugar dissolves, around 15 minutes. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a pot. Place the salmon in the liquid and cook for 25 minutes. Enjoy!
